Small animal cage

I think it would be great if there was an item called a cage, like a birdcage. If you are holding it in your hand and you right click on a small animal (a parrot or toad for example), that animal enters your inventory as if you have 'caught' it. Then when you right click on the ground with the occupied cage, the animal is 'released' from the cage. This would make it possible to capture an animal like a toad and transport it back to your home.
