Instead of regular dyes, torchflowers and pitcher plants should give different dyes. A torchflower gives crimson dye, its color is between red and orange. Combining it with white dye turns it into the amber dye. Its color is between orange and yellow. Pitcher plant gives indigo, between dark blue and purple colors. Combining it with a white dye gives the aqua dye. Its colors are between light blue and dark blue. These dyes can be used in beds, banners, wool, glazed and normal terracotta, sheep, glass etc. 

These dyes give Minecraft players more options and customizable worlds.
