gold/copper alloy, also odd buffs for gold and copper

What do you want done? (rose gold or special uses for copper and gold items)

-Specific gold and copper alloys are stronger than iron in real life, and both materials can make tools, but cannot realistically compete with iron, why not make a way to put them together to beat iorn in terms of effect but not durability 

 

-if rose gold is just making too many tools you could also try odd buffs for them, like making gold maces extra strong for being heavy, granting lightning immunity with both, i also think you could double down on them being better in an enchantment table by lowering the cost to enchant them, if im using copper tools i likely lack a mob farm, why not let me make level 3 enchants at 20 xp points instead of 30 and so on

Why do you want something done?

Gold and copper lack a place in the progression system, netherite sorta brings gold into things, and with piglins, there is some reason to wear gold, but that's one armor piece. You start a game, go wood-stone-iron, and stop progressing for ages before you have diamonds, adding a step in between those two is a natural choice, but you shouldn't make something totally new, just make a use for what you already have

I like option one more, but maybe doing both is a good idea, a smithing table is fine, might as well, since there's precious little else you can do with one anyway
