stackable chainmail + armor rebalance

make chainmail stackable with leather so they are an actual decent early game option. i also would like to see more armor sets get unique bonuses like netherite's knockback resist. leather is immune to freezing, gold helps with piglins, chainmail could have built in projectile protection, iron blast resistance, and diamond fire resistance
