Fletching Table Use.

The fletching table could be used to craft different types of arrow. They can be crafted in the fletching table using a stack of 16 arrows and one compatible resource.

Nether arrows which are crafted with blaze powder set enemies on fire (does double damage if combined with the flame enchant).

Trial arrows are crafted with wind charges and create a wind burst on contact with another entity.

Ender arrows are crafted with an eye of ender and have a chance to teleport an entity a few blocks away when hit with the arrow.
