I'm having the exact same issue on Xbox Series X in Preview build 26.50.22 with the unified Block Light Quality setting. This lighting/shadow bug is not new for me. I have been experiencing this issue for quite a while now on past builds as well.

Behavior: When set to Point Lights++ (or other level of Point Lights), block-based dynamic shadows stutter heavily (lowering shadow frame rate update) upon reloading a world, because for the first time with this build, when I create a new world just after the update, I don't have any issue. The bug comes after the reloading.

Troubleshooting tested: Lowering all other graphics settings to the absolute minimum, fully restarting the game and the console, and toggling the settings back and forth did not fix the issue at all. The stuttering persists systematically upon entering the world.
