Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Petrified wood

They will appear in small groups in caves; you must break them with an iron pickaxe. You can do everything you can do with regular wood, but it will be more durable. The best feature of this block will allow you to craft a petrified wood chest that allows you to store items using a code. Enter the code when you open the chest, then rename an item with that code to open the chest. This will allow you to store items safely.
