Neon/Glow Biome

Glow squids don’t have their own biome, and are the only mobs without using vibrant visuals that glow. So why not create a glow biome that parody’s off of the mooshroom biome to add glow shroomlight, glow mooshrooms, glowing mushrooms themselves, and of course the glow squid, then being able to use dye to make different colored neon shroomlights and colored glow animals.
