To turn off screen movement when a finger is touching an action button

When is am using multiple buttons at the same time sometime my finger which is on a action button moves and the screen funtion that makes the play look at the particular direction suddenly changes and you loose track of where u looking,I suggest a setting that only allows a dedicated area on the screen that can allow you to swipe and change where ur looking and swiping anywhere else should not change ur camera angle.
