A way for baby animals to stay babies forever

Please make it possible for us to create a potion or pacifier so that babies don't grow up and remain babies forever. This was already requested in the addition of the baby Ghastling, but please don't implement this function It should be a nametag because that would limit players from being able to name their babies. If it's going to be a potion, make it so it can only be used once and doesn't run out. But if it's a potion...It would be nice to have a way to remove the effect, and it would also be nice if the baby didn't keep releasing particles... They could be released only a few seconds after being sprayed on the baby and then disappear. Or perhaps add a pacifier that, when given to babies, would keep them babies forever, and it would be possible to remove the pacifier if you wanted them to grow up more, although it would take a while to actually revert to their normal size To grow

I love this idea. I was thinking maybe it could replace the rare nametag we currently get from fishing, since in the next drop it will be craftable. Some kind of special food, or maybe a book that can enchant the nametag to make them stay young. I would love for this kind of item to use on not just the new baby animals but any baby mob in general, even hostile ones. I think a pacifier is a cute thought, but would not be ideal since it alters the appearance of it, and maybe not everyone wants that on their pet to keep them young. So I think some kind of other item(s) that allows you to keep them young and reverse that will be best! Thanks for this suggestion!!
