ICE BIOME REWORK

Add the iceologer and penguin mobs with actual good mechanics, like the iceologer for a challenge while exploring the ice biome and the iceologer drops a freezing splash potion that freezes anything with the potion's effects and for the penguin, it can be used for, being pet, and when you attack something, it waddles to the target and pecks them with their beak and also add ababy variant for the penguin and the adult penguin drops the penguin beak item when killed and you can craft beak gauntlets with 2 penguin beaks, it can be crafted with or without crafting table. Also add new geological features like icicles hanging on the ceiling of ice caves and make them fall when sprinting or making loud sounds due to energy, and when icicles drop, they give you icicle shards, and you can craft icicles with icicle shards by using crafting table, and when you place an icicle in the sun, it slowly melts, and when you run on ice or jump on ice a lot of times it shatters.
