Add Baby Parrots (And Parrot Breeding)

With all these baby animal updates, it would only be fitting to finally add baby parrots to the game. It simply doesn't make sense for parrots to be impossible to breed despite being non-undead, tamable mobs. The Great Cookie Disaster shouldn't win against our dreams of having parrot armies.

    Yes this would be so cute! I wonder what the baby model would look like, since parrots typically look very bald when they're hatched. I think it'd be very funny and cute. I love this idea !!!
