Improve the depth of the oceans from 30 blocks to 100 or more

Increase the depth of the oceans and make them much better and more worthwhile to explore.

    If you just do that it doesn't make a difference unless if your mining and actually find it overwise it just sucks please put more stuff like fog because it's deep or something

    We could also use more ocean exploration. Some new structure with some more underwater mobs could be pretty sick.
