Bring back the old horses!

I remember when you could splash two horses or pigs with a potion of swiftness and the offspring would have this effect and it would stack. I know that it was kind of op, but it you had to grind for it. I feel like with the new changes to where horses no longer dismount you when they are touching water, it would be so much fun
