Refine Netherite Crafting | Scrap Upgrade Template

The Upgrade Template artificially restricts use of Netherite Ingots, a crafting-ready resource. I propose a rework of Netherite that removes the Upgrade Template and better complements Vanilla, whilst sustaining organic challenge:

+2 Netherite Ingots | Helmet, Boots
+4 Netherite Ingots | Chestplate, Leggings, Horse Armour

2b. Proposed Upgrade Cost [Full Armour, 4 Tools]
16 Netherite Ingots (32 Ancient Debris, 16 Gold)

This proposed revision aims to offer more intuitive and engaging crafting, at a comparable and balanced overall cost.
