Combat Update For Bedrock Edition

It is unbelievably easy for mobile players to spam and move, there is clearly no difficulty for mobile players because they still play with java PvP mods and don't suffer like how the Dev's think they do. Please update the combat system where there is no ability to spam and let the ender pearls work like java. I've seen mobile players with 16 cps, like how even.
