incorporable and buildable/functional blocks and/or items

These incorporable blocks, would act like movement blocks. a.k.a. they'd be able to  have some weird vehiclular function to the block, while also having their own seperate use or things, so that these blocks or items can be incorporated into builds to give the builds more vehicular motion, like a airship or a boat. so players could actually build their own vehicles or builds and be able to have them move around.
