Create tools for Add on Creators to manipulate Clouds and Foliage

Real huge fan of retextures and add-ons, and that's usually what I buy on the Marketplace. My favorites have been packs like Actions n Stuff and Prizma. Looking into some of my favorites add on Creators, they have mentioned there are limitations to editing certain game features like leaf blocks and the cloud shapes. I see Java mods are able to edit these features, even the sun and Moon. Can there be official support for these features on Bedrock? I would like to see what creators can do with more freedom there. Thanks!
