Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Dieing tourches

Tourches go out but using another tourch you can light it or other things on fire

    That was originally planned for Minecraft back in the early alpha/beta days.

    Either limit the torch extinguishment function to Hard difficulty and Hardcore mode, similar to how only Zombies can fully break wooden doors on any difficulty harder than Normal, or maybe a temporary variant of the regular torch that could be crafted using 1 Paper and a Stick.

    Paper can be harder to make them finding coal and sticks sometimes
