No dots when off the map

I can't get back on the map because I don't know what direction I'm facing on the map!!!

    Instead of getting rid of them, it still shows which way your facing when your off the map.

    I 110% agree! It's really hard to find a woodland mansion now as you have no idea where you are going.

    You can use the direction of the sun to orient yourself. The dot mechanic is important in indicating to the player when they're off the map and can then create a new map.
