Lily pad flowers and cat tails

The lily pad flowers would be made by placing a lily pad in the rain and waiting for it to grow it would have a 1 in 50 chance every tick to grow from budding to blossoming to full bloom. You qoukd be able to harvest the flower with shears and only be able to place it on other lily pads. The cattails would generate in mangrove swamp biomes as little patches in the water. Similar to how mangrove roots and generate with water inside of the the bottom part of these two to three block tall plants would generate water loged. And they would only be able to be placed on mud that has water above it. There would also be a 1 block version that can generate on mud if next to water. The plant would be bonemealable the grow and shearing the top would give you new seeds to plant in the mud under water.
