I propose splitting the Minecraft Marketplace into two sections: Kids and Adults. The Kids section would have cute skins, simple maps, and fun adventures for younger players. The Adults section would offer realistic or dark fantasy skins, challenging survival maps with bosses, advanced progression, high-quality texture packs, and non-childish horror or realistic mods. Many console players cannot access the complex mods available on Java Edition, forcing them to switch platforms just to find content suited to their age and skill. By creating an Adults section, Bedrock players can stay on their platform, spend more in-game, and enjoy content that matches their interests. This would also encourage professional content creators to produce higher-quality packs, increasing Marketplace diversity and engagement. Both sections would coexist without harming the younger audience. Overall, this change would expand the game for all ages, retain old players, attract new ones, and increase revenue for Mojang, as players would spend more in-game instead of leaving for PC/Java. It balances player satisfaction with financial benefits while making the Marketplace appealing to mature players seeking challenging and immersive experiences.
