Reaping Enchant for combat hoe

The idea would be to give the raised platforms a combat use; they could have a fairly wide range, like the combat snapshots. However, they would be very slow. The function of the reaping enchantment would then be to decrease the hoe's cooldown time. Additionally, the hoe could be enchanted with sharpness and other similar enchantments. The only enchantment that could not be applied to the hoe would be sweeping, since it already has the sweeping effect by default for being a melee weapon against multiple enemies.
