I created a new spin-off game based on the world of Minecraft.
A normal zombie gains vitality, endurance, and intelligence, becoming similar to — or even stronger than — a player. When a player dies, their head drops and can be used by the zombie as a disguise, allowing it to blend in with players and avoid burning in daylight (if not wearing armor). Each head grants different abilities, and some require killing specific creatures to be unlocked.
When surrounded by other mobs, the zombie must behave like them. A “suspicion bar” appears if the zombie moves or acts differently. If discovered — by acting like a player or equipping/removing a head — mobs will focus on and attack the zombie. Survival depends on escaping or being strong enough. The concept combines mechanics from Minecraft Legends and Minecraft Dungeons, featuring tools, accessories, and upgrades. Each head has its own reputation with villages. Completing missions increases reputation, and at maximum level, players can build village defenses against attacks (piglins, pillagers, etc.). The game would feature a “limited” open world in third person, connecting villages, with fast travel or horse travel, immersive missions, third-person combat with automatic or manual targeting, mounts, multiplayer, fast building, cosmetic items, elytra variants, and epic boss battles. This is a concept for a possible Minecraft spin-off experience.
