New Ill Travel Enchant

The suggestion is a new enchant, called Ill Travel, and which works with bows and crossbow. When a mob or player fires an arrow with the Ill Travel enchantment, they become a passenger on the arrow until it hits a block or they dismount. "Naturally spawned" Pillager Patrol captains occasionally have Ill Travel on their crossbows, and, during Raids always have the Enchant. Loot chests on Mansions and outposts would be able to generate crossbows with Ill Travel. This enchant would be unavailable from the enchanting table.
