Make the Hoe more useful

Whenever you use the hoe to break a fully grown crop, instead of dropping the seeds it places as well so that way you don’t have to manually replace the seeds every single time and it just automatically places them back for you. But only when the crops are ready to be harvested. And this should go for every crop and every seed, not just wheat
