Sips & Sparkles Drop

A new drop-style update featuring an expansion to the Brewing and Enchanting systems, as well as a smaller update for Firework Rockets. This would include a new base potion called the Cloudy Potion, brewed with Chorus Flowers and used to create potions of Haste (Sugar), Glowing (Glowstone?), Mining Fatigue (new item - Guardian Spine), etc. As for enchantments, Tridents, Crossbows, and shields could get some new exclusive enchants, and two new curses in the form of Failing (tool/armor fails at its task but still consumes durability) and Frailty (gear has a chance to lose extra durability on use) could also be added.
