Add icelogers igloos basements as a miniboss

I would love to see iceloger (chillager) added to game, speficically as a rare guardian in igloo basements. Currently, about 50% of igloos have a basements, but they are quite safe once you enter. Adding a iceloger there would: 1. Give the iceloger a lore friendly-home without crowding the mountains. 2. Create fun mini-challenge for players trying to cure the zombie to villager. 3. Make the igloo exploration more exiting and rewarding. The iceloger could protect the "laboratory" and drop ice themed items or even a frost charm!
