Hardened Gravel that isn't affected by gravity

This form of gravel is found in deepslate level, replacing all gravel. This would be useful as gravel is very annoying and would make some sense as lower down things get compressed so hardened gravel would be logical. You would be able to turn gravel into this, maybe with water like concrete, or dropping an anvil on 4 of them stacked on each other making 1 hardened gravel, or 4 in a crafting table making 1. It would still be mined with a shovel but maybe 5% slower since it is hardened.
