both enchantments would have same idea behind them, one just working for melee weapons and other for ranged ones
mutually exclusive with sharpness, smite, impaling, power and so on, increasing damage to passive animals (cows, pigs, goats, sheep, fish, horses, hoglins, and so on, not spiders, revagers, guardians or such) as well as their loot drops, stacking with looting, idea is enchantment that would be extra valuable in early game if acquired from villager trade or looted from chest, but not useless even later
butcher would be for melee weapons, natively coming from enchant table for sword and spear but applicable on axes, maces and tridents too, hunters would work for bow and crossbow natively
enchantment books could be available also from villager butcher profession at higher tier trades, that would give some value to that specific profession, as well as maybe piglin bartering to give nether availability
