For as long as I can remember, the ender dragon was the final boss. However, deep in the shadows of the deep dark lurks the warden. If you successfully slaughter it, it drops a mysterious orb. Go to the frame thing in the middle of the deep dark, you unlock the Underdark, where you can find the Warden King. Upon defeating him, you have officially completed the game.
