advanced machines

can you add a machine to fill and empty tank blocks on large scale, the existing pipe system gets easily overwelmed and breaks when there are too many tanks on the network, id like to ability to fill whole stacks of tanks and move them where i need. all it would need is a fluid port power port and item port. the ability to tell it to empty fluid or fill fluid pipes on the network would help reduce fluid pipe bugs.
