Make every item editable!!!

Most of the items are hard coded and CANNOT be modified with addons, like the Trident, i wanted to make an addon when you can use riptide without water and i can't because it's harcoded and cannot be modified with addons, so please Mojang, make every item editable with addons and even with commands would be nice too 🙏
