Bringing back the losers of MOB VOTE

All I want is revamp the Illusioner into the Illusioner from Minecraft Dungeon.. Also add Vultures, Ostriches and other birds that is supposed to be fitted if they add this along the Happy Ghast "Chase the Sky" update. Iceologer is a new unique addition that can give new weapon to control ice or maybe more Rascal should be a neutral mob. It can steal anything randomly on your inventory. This mob also can destroy torches so encountering this Rascal could be annoying which is great!
