Option for pets to stay in a room without following the player

Hello, I would like to suggest adding a new option for tamed animals (such as dogs and cats) in Minecraft. The idea is to allow pets to move freely inside a room or area, while not following or teleporting to the player. Currently, pets either have to sit still or constantly follow the player, which makes it difficult to create realistic rooms or spaces for animals in survival mode. This feature would greatly improve building, pet management, and overall realism in the game.
