Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Amethyst Overhaul

  • Amethyst Rails: Normal mine cart can ride on these rails. Right click with amethyst shard and they activate for 1 hour. When you right click with water bottle it makes rails slippery. This gives you extra speed and yoinks off mobs that could send you backwards. Right-click with slime ball or honey bottle will stop cart or mobs when it touches it. They will be stuck until it rains or water is applied by player.
  • Can make amethyst dust that can be activated by levers. If it leads to an amethyst block it will start glowing.
  • Amethyst shards can deal 10 damage or below when you hit a mob.
  • When you mine a block while holding an amethyst shard there is a 50% chance you will take 10 or below damage.
  • If you mine an amethyst block you get 9 amethyst shards
  • Amethyst armour and tools:
  • When someone hits your amethyst armour they take damage (1HP)
  • Amethyst swords gives hit player effect called ‘bleeding’ - damages the player 1 HP per second and lasts, 5 or below seconds.
  • Amethyst horse armour
  • Netherite ingots surrounding amethyst shard crafts a nether-shard. Nether-shards can craft nether-diamonds (9 nether shards in crafting grid).
  • Nether-Diamonds:
  • Neither-diamonds can craft tools and armour
  • Full set of nether-diamond armour gives you resistance II, and fire resistance
  • Sword can do 19 HP damage
