Off-Hand Feature for Keyboard & Mouse user

We understand that this feature may be difficult for mobile users, as it would require adding extra buttons. However, for players who play on PC, this is not an issue because they can easily customize their keyboard and controls. Therefore, this feature can be made available for PC players.
