Bedrock Edition ideas

Here are some ideas to add to Bedrock, they are not crazy, but they would improve the game a lot.

- Change the village mechanics, to have a parity with java, because iron farms in bedrock are too complicated.

- Change the ender pearl physics, to have a parity with java and finally make stasis chambers possible.

- Allow players to /give enchanted items, this would make map making easier.

- Add the glowing effect.

The last two may be controversial, but anyway, I think they are needed.

- Improve max height to make it go from Y -128 to Y 640 blocks, the sea level would stay at Y 64.

- Create a lighter F3 menu for Bedrock, it would be a parameter, but have a  dedicatedkeybind,. It would have less things: current biome ; chunk coordinates ; chunk borders ; maybe others.
