penguins enciant city and elytra upagde

n Minecraft, there will be many penguins spawning on glaciers where there are no polar bears. Additionally, you'll be able to apply a blacksmithing template and banner to the elytra. Furthermore, the portal in the ancient city will finally be able to be activated.
