Droppers and Happy Ghasts

Happy Ghasts are clearly designed after droppers, just as dispensers are designed after Ghasts. As a connection, Happy Ghasts should be able to drop something from their mouths that decreased their weight/size, giving them a boost of speed.

    It could drop a fireball like the Ghast, but I don't think it should be used for an attack. Maybe it could drop a giant snowball instead, which doesn't do any damage to the land below
