Happy Ghast´s whistle?

With the new update (1.21.11 - Mounts of Mayhem) I feel that the Nautilus was IRRELEVANT, even though it was almost the main focus of the update... What if there was a whistle with the Nautilus to call the Happy Ghast??

The Happy Ghast flies WAY too far from the base, it's super annoying that I want to have it flying around untethered. But when I want to ride it, BAM, the Happy Ghast is flying way above me! So, if we add a Minecraft crafting recipe using a Nautilus and rope, we could make a Happy Ghast whistle with a 32x32 area, and depending on the whistle's color, a Happy Ghast will approach, preventing players with many Happy Ghasts in their base from becoming overloaded.
