I believe that anvils should have the ability to be to be repaired like Iron Golems, with Iron Ingots. The enitre crafting recipe of an anil is already very expensize, let alone getting the materials. I sure me and the enitire Minecraft community would be very grateful if you added this change to the anvil. When using an anvil, players have to go mining for a lot of iron, which is really hard if all the caves close to you are practically empty if you are a long (world-wise) player. So making one and only having to go for a few ingots of iron would really speed up a few players days. Now, I know that only getting one ingot of iron to repair an entire anvil would be really easy. So, maybe having to us 2 or 3 ingots of iron to repair one of the three phases of anvil should be a bit more challenging. Not too hard, but not too easy.
