Rebalancing of the Elytra and the Crossbow

The Problems:

The Elytra is by far the strongest movement option in the game. So strong in fact, that it completly invalidates any other form of travel in the late game, like horses or the minecart. The biggest Problem ist the interaction with fire works. Using fire works to propell yourself up in the air is really fun, but also extremly easy and only limited by the amount of gunpowder you have.

The Crossbow on the other hand is probably the weakest weapon in minecraft. Its enchantments are worse then the bows and its reload time is heavey for the damage it does. Its upsides, like keeping it loaded in your inventory are there, but not really utilized.

The Proposition:

Change the ability to propell yourself with fireworks and the Elytra. Change it so you cannot start fireworks from your hand anymore (or if you do, you dont start flying while wearing an Elytra. If you fire a crossbow, loaded with fireworks, you get propelled in the direction you are looking (like you do right now when starting fireworks and jumping). This would give the crossbow a bigger niche against the bow while nerving the Elytra without making it unfun.

Furthermore: The Crossbow has the Enchantment "Multishot". Instead of shooting multiple arrows at the same time, it should fire multiple arrows/fireworks without reloading. For example: With Multishot I, the crossbow can fire twice before needing to reload, with Multishot II, it can fire thrice befor needing to reload, etc, giving the player more control.
