Player Locator Bar - Amulet

Add the amulet from Minecraft: Story Mode as an in-game item that enables the new player-locator bar. make the locator work through attunement so you have to use the amulet to track players (costs xp or an item, cooldowns, limited slots). Keep the xp bar visible, the locator should be toggleable or only visible when the amulet is actively tracking or while being held. This keeps the feature thematic, balanced, and respectful of player privacy while making the locator feel legendary and earned. This is actually perfect design: a physical item = intentional usage, gives a sweet cosmetic tie-in, and solves the "force a new hud on everyone" problem. This is literally what the amulet was made for. It's just perfect.

My idea of the crafting recipe was this:

Gold on all corners
Eye of Enders in between the gold 
Nether Star in the middle

If this is too expensive it can obviously be tweaked but this makes the most sense to me

Like in Story Mode, it could be utilized with maps, since they are kind of useless at the moment, but I don't feel like that would be implemented. If so It'd be cooler only having the location of someone that is on a map you have.

    I think it should just be some kind of upgrade to the compass like the recovery compass or just change the recovery compass to also enable the locator bar and MAYBE make you invisible in the bar when you also have it in your inv unless you hold it in your hand or be able to toggle if you are visible or not righ-clicking it so you can choose if either you are visible or not and you still need this to be able to see other players or to toggle it so it isn't too expensive but still limited.
