Middle-Clicking in GUIs

You should be able to middle click in GUIs to get the item you are hovering over. I'm not talking about in the Creative Inventory, or with items you already have, I'm talking about in places like Villager Trading GUIs, or the Recipe Book, Beacons, etc. This would make it a whole lot easier to use these items while in Creative Mode
