Add a new option (enable mods) for bedrock edition

Add a new option in the game settings (not in the world settings) which enables mods which could be making modrinth,cursforge,lunar client and more and it will be easier than anything than java 1•download mod 2•go to minecraft or launcher 3•see the mod in the new mods option in the world settings
