Coordinate Seed Reset

Exploring the World of Minecraft can be a hassle due to the mass amount of chunks being loaded. What if a owner of a world can reset chunks of the world generating new terrain in overworld, end, and nether, but to avoid build loss you can choose the amount based on coordinates on which lands you'd like to reset.
