This ones just a variant of netherite, so basically make it so you can smelt netherite with lava in a blast furnace to make fire-forged netherite and when made into a weapon like the sword or spear deals +10 hit points and can catch fire to start dealing fire damage (it only catches fire when you take fire danage, when an explosion happens near enough to deal damaged or when dropped in fire/lava
