Chisel to fix inventory issue

This is a late game idea to help fix the storage issue filling your inventory. Using a netherite ingot and a stripped log, make a netherite chisel, which when in your off hand allows you to select what variation of the block gets placed (such as stairs and slabs.) To keep stone cutters valuable, this would need to have durability. For placement selection, whenever this is in your offhand, your scroll(or click) selects the variant with a ui similar to the emote menu

To take this idea further, different levels of said chisel.

iron chisel-has full function of a stonecutter

diamond chisel-allows rotation lock with the stonecutter function

netherite chisel-allows status changes, such as stripped log or shelf
