Coniferous trees

The only coniferous sapling is the spruce and there are pines but they are a variant of the old growth spruces. A new conifer tree like a Silver Fir that is closely related to the spruce in real life could be a greyish tall spruce.with more vibrant needles or Larch that could be a slightly reddish bark tree with blue-ish green needles and have slightly reddish beige planks.

I think this is a good idea as minecraft has many broadleaved trees but almost no conifers and it would add a lot to taigas with larches. Thanks for reading :D

    Note that old growth taigas haven't had a major update since 2013
